SCOTTSDALE - A Scottsdale woman accused of leaving her 2-year-old son in her BMW while she shopped with her dog at Scottsdale Fashion Square has stuck a deal with city prosecutors. She shouldn't be able to make a 'deal' for a second, yes..second offense. I can't believe they're letting this woman walk.
