BMW M5 Massive System Failure photo in Fast Cars on Twango
This is what happens when the steering angle sensor fails on your E60 M5. It causes a cascade of false errors. On the way home the other day, my M5 threw a fit and pelted me with a vertibale storm of "check control" messages. It turned out to be a faulty steering wheel sensor that triggered the cascade of errors.
