AI Stupidity at DFW

The story goes...I was cruising along, having fun in a BMW around DFW after my UVA Saturday Scramble, and I sit at the toll booth for one second, and I peer over to the arriving traffic.... 22 arriving aircraft on final!! I quickly pulled out the camera and taped all the madness. If anyone could explain this to me, please do so, cuz this was rediculous.

I saw a gleaming BMW pass by last week and since then I have been looking for cheap sources to buy one. It seems auction is the best way to go according to my friend, a car salesman. He says he can't match those auctions especially government auctions. So I checked this site and got some auctions to attend next week.
